At the session held on June 08, 2026, the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine recommended candidates for appointment to the positions of judges at the Odesa Court of Appeal.
Based on the results of the competition announced by the Commission on
September 14, 2023, recommendations for appointment were issued to 23 successful candidates, namely:

- Illia But;
- Nataliia Varakina;
- Dmytro Hubnytskyi;
- Dmytro Kyian;
- Nataliia Kolomiiets;
- Petro Kravchenko;
- Alfiia Kurbanova;
- Oleksandr Maslenykov;
- Ihor Pavelchenko;
- Oleksandr Prysakar;
- Pavlo Prokhorov;
- Dmytro Roik;
- Valerii Sopilniak;
- Olena Tavlui;
- Tetiana Fedorenko;
- Dmytro Tsekhan;
- Maryna Shanshyna;
- Tetiana Shevyrina;
- Oleh Shkuta;
- Artem Shcherbina;
- Ivan Yakovenko.
The Commission filled all 23 vacant judicial positions for which the competition to the Odesa Court of Appeal had been announced. Interviews with candidates participating in the competitions for the Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv and Dnipro Courts of Appeal are currently ongoing.
