At the session of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine held on May 20, 2026, recommendations were made for appointments to the positions of judges at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal.
Following the results of the competition announced by the Commission on
September 14, 2023, 16 winners received recommendations, namely:
- Volodymyr Bionosenko;
- Hennadii Valihurskyi;
- Oleksandr Harskyi;
- Serhii Hlubochenko;
- Tetiana Kartasheva;
- Olena Korsanenkova;
- Alla Kruhlikova;
- Vitalii Muruhov;
- Alona Temnikova;
- Artem Tokariev;
- Oleksandr Tomashevskyi;
- Andrii Tustanovskyi;
- Olha Umanska;
- Tetiana Fortuna;
- Pavlo Charychanskyi;
- Dmytro Chervonenko.
The Commission has filled 16 of the 21 vacant positions at the Mykolaiv Court of Appeal for which a competition was announced. Interviews are currently underway with candidates for the Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa and Dnipro Courts of Appeal.
