The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine is making every effort to ensure the selection of candidates for local court judges. The concerns of candidates and the expectations of society are acknowledged, along with the importance of promptly filling judicial vacancies and the high level of responsibility entrusted to the Commission.
In order to ensure that the qualification exam is conducted as quickly as possible and that all participants have equal conditions, it is planned to hold the exam using computer equipment at several locations simultaneously, including outside the Commission’s premises.
As of today, the Commission has completed all organizational measures for conducting the qualification exam within the previously scheduled time frame. At the same time, in connection with the entry into force on April 20, 2025, of amendments to the legislation on information protection, the adoption of a subordinate regulatory act regulating the relevant relations is expected in the near future. The decision on the schedule for the first stage of the qualification exam will be made by the Commission immediately after the approval of the procedure for implementing information security standards. The Commission expects to start the qualification exam in early July this year.
Please note that the decision on the appointment of the exam stage will be taken by the Commission and published on the Commission’s official website no later than 10 calendar days before the date of the exam.
