On June 05, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification evaluation of four candidates for the positions of judges of commercial courts of appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, the Commission made the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 83 candidates for the position of a judge of the commercial court of appeal have been admitted to the second stage of the qualification evaluation “Dossier Study and Interview” in the competition to the appellate courts. This stage was launched by the Commission, sitting in the Second Chamber on May 20, 2025.
A total of 23 candidates were interviewed: 8 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, 8 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, 6 candidates will be interviewed in plenary session, and interview with 1 candidate was not completed.
