On July 29, 2025, at the session of the Second Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the positions of judges of the commercial courts of appeal were determined.
Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission adopted the following decisions:

In total, interviews were conducted with 74 candidates: 46 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the commercial court of appeal, 17 candidates did not confirm this ability and interviews with 11 candidates will be held at the plenary session of the Commission.
