On June 13, 2025, at the session of the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interview was held and the results of the qualification evaluation of Viktor Valiukh in the competition for the position of a judge of the administrative court of appeal was determined.
Based on the results of the qualification evaluation, a candidate scored 709.65 points. The issue of confirming the ability of Viktor Valiukh to administer justice in the administrative court of appeal was submitted for consideration by the Commission in plenary session.
A total of 45 candidates were interviewed: 13 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in the administrative courts of appeal, 16 candidates did not confirm their ability to administer justice, and 16 candidates will be interviewed by the plenary of the Commission.
