On June 11, 2025, the First Chamber of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine considered the issue of submitting a motion recommending the secondment of judges to another court of the same level and specialization for the administration of justice.
Due to the excessive judicial workload, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a submission recommending the secondment of a judge of the Kompaniivskyi Raion Court of Kirovohrad Oblast, Vadym Chervonopysskyi, to the Brovarskyi City Raion Court of Kyiv Oblast for a one-year period.
Due to the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, the Commission decided to submit to the High Council of Justice a submission recommending the secondment of three judges of the Krasnopilskyi Raion Court of Sumy Oblast for a one-year term to the Zarichnyi District Court of Sumy City:
- Vita Basova;
- Yulia Zeri;
- Alevtina Kosar.
In addition, due to the change in the territorial jurisdiction of court cases, a submission was submitted to the High Council of Justice with a recommendation to second a judge of the Dobropilskyi City-Raion Court of Donetsk Oblast Dmytro Khomenko, to the Ternivskyi Town Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast for a one-year term.
