Competition for the Sumy Court of Appeal: Two Candidates Confirmed Their Ability to Administer Justice, Two Candidates Did Not Confirm This Ability

On July 29, 2025, at the sessions of the Panels of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, interviews were held and the results of the qualification assessment of five candidates for the positions of judges of the Sumy Court of Appeal were determined.

Based on the results of the qualification assessment, the Commission made the following decisions:

Please be reminded, that 27 candidates applied to participate in the competition for 21 vacant positions of judges at the Sumy Court of Appeal.

In total, interviews were conducted with 14 candidates: 5 candidates confirmed their ability to administer justice in a general court of appeal, 4 candidates did not confirm this ability, and interviews with 5 candidates will be held at the plenary session of the Commission.
